I bought this for baking chocolate chip cookies. I didn't care for the taste. I tried to contact the company for a recommendation to switch for a chocolate that would be more compatible, but no luck. I chopped this up into a smaller chunk which seemed to work ok, but the taste was more bitter than my family liked. We wanted a more sweeter taste. I also tried it for dipping strawberries and my daughter didn't care for it.
