I love buying local and supporting regional businesses, the chocolate craft community here in the PNW has excellent products, but they have not build a solid Blanc chocolate bar like Valrhona yet.
Thus now I have to buy more Valrhona chocolate and visit more regional chocolate crafter and make comparison to ensure i am being objective in my judgments’.
It is difficult to accept the arduous task of deciding who has the best chocolate. But someone has to do it! :-)......
