Ingredients
3 whole eggs
4 oz (½ cup) sugar
4 oz (½ cup) brown sugar
6 oz (¾ cup) butter
3 oz (½ cup) Le Noir 61% baking bar
1 ½ oz (1/3 cup) flour
½ oz (2 tbsp) Gastronomie Cacao Box
Grenoble nuts, Pecans, Macadamia nuts...
Preparation
Mix the eggs with the sugar and brown sugar.
Add the flour and the cocoa powder.
Pour into a mould, sprinkle with nuts, and place in a 160°C (320 F) (thermostat 6/7) oven for around twenty minutes.
Serve cold.
