 | Cookies¾ cup butter ½ cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/3 cup flour ½ sachet baking powder 1 cup Le Noir 61% chocolate 1 cup chopped walnuts |
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F
- Mix the butter into a paste with the sugar and brown sugar.
- Then incorporate the egg into the mixture.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture.
- Stir the chopped nuts and chocolate into the dough.
- Form small balls of dough measuring 3 cm in diameter and space them out, place them on the sheet covered with parchment paper and flatten with the palm of your hand.
- Place in a 350 °F oven for 15 minutes.
