Type of chocolate: Grand Cru Guanaja
For 6 servings approximatively

Ingredients
Chocolate Base:
3.5 oz Grand Cru Guanaja Bar
6 oz Water
1/2 oz Non fat dry milk
2 oz Sugar
12 oz Chocolate Base
25 oz Soy Milk
 
 
Preparation
Step 1 – Chocolate Base:
  • Melt Chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Bring water, sugar and non fat dry milk and to a boil
  • Add small amount of boiled liquid to melted chocolate,
  • Make emulsion, and then add the rest of the liquid.

This will be the base of for the following procedure.

Step 2:
Mix all ingredients with a hand blender and mix until the chocolate base mixture is mixed well with the rest of the liquid.
Chill and serve.
