This cocoa is a mixture of Trinitario and Criollo. It has grown on Ampamakia Farm in Madagascar for more than 100 years. AMPAMAKIA is a Vintage Single Estate Chocolate and reveals the tangy freshness of yellow fruit and toasted notes.
Estate grown dark chocolate (64% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter).
Ingredients: cocoa beans from Madagascar, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla. This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
Expiration date may vary between 2 and 8 months.
Keep in a dry place between 16-18°C / 60-64°F.
