This cocoa is a mixture of Trinitario and Criollo, and has been grown on Ampamakia Farm, in Madagascar for more than 100 years. Tasting it reveals the tangy freshness of yellow fruit and toasted notes.
Estate grown dark chocolate (64% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter).
Ingredients: cocoa beans from Madagascar, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla. This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
Expiration date may vary between 2 and 8 months.
Keep in a dry place between 16-18°C / 60-64°F.
