In the region of Maria Trinidad Sanchez, situated in the northeast corner of the Dominican Republic, lies the Valrhona cacao plantation, Loma Sotavento. Long on the palate, very balanced and chocolatey, its round and light notes of ripe fruit give way to a gently increasing hint of toasty aromas.
Ingredients: cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic, brown sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla.
This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
Expiration date may vary between 2 and 8 months.
Keep in a dry place between 16-18°C / 60-64°F.
