MATCHA HOT CHOCOLATE
An original recipe by Chef Paola Marocchi
300g heavy cream
340g coconut milk
175g condensed milk
18g matcha powder
325g Ivoire 35%
- Place heavy cream, milk, coconut milk, and condensed milk in a pot and bring to a simmer, stirring often.
- Add matcha powder and whisk well until combined.
- Pour on top of chopped white chocolate and whisk until combined or stick blend.
