Learn to bake and decorate beautiful cakes worthy of the celebration. In this class, you will learn all of the steps for assembling impressive layer cakes, from flavor combinations to frosting, and of course creative decorations. Food Stylist and Cookbook Author Erin McDowell will share her recipes for signature cakes and creative cake decorations such as chocolate ganache truffles, meringues, chocolate curls, macarons, caramels, chocolate glazes, and more.
No celebration is complete without a delicious and spectacular looking cake. We’ll give you all the tools and inspiration to create amazing cakes for any occasion.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to the day of class, will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the class. In the unlikely event that Valrhona is forced to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in relation to the class.
