Learn to bake various chocolate pies that feature chocolate worthy of the celebration. In this class, you will learn all of the steps for assembling impressive flaky pies, from unique flavor combinations to multiple different chocolate crusts, and make some gorgeous pies to take home. Food Stylist and Cookbook Author Erin McDowell will share her recipes for signature pies and creative decorations such as meringues, chocolate curls, caramels, chocolate glazes, and more.
No celebration is complete without a delicious and spectacular looking pie. We’ll give you all the tools and inspiration to create amazing cakes for any occasion and include free of charge, a signed cookbook, “The Book on Pie” from the pie expert herself, Chef Erin McDowell.
