Cookbook Author Erin McDowell
No celebration is complete without a delicious and spectacular looking pie. In this class, you will learn all of the steps for assembling impressive pies, from unique flavor combinations to flaky chocolate crusts. Food Stylist and Cookbook Author Erin McDowell will share her recipes for signature pies and creative decorations such as meringues, chocolate curls, caramels, chocolate glazes, and more.
Author Erin McDowell is the recipes editor at PureWow, baking consultant at large for Food52, and a New York Times contributor.
A recording will be available to those who cannot attend the live session for up to one month after the date of the class FOR $120. To order a recording of the class please email ecolebrooklyn@valrhona.com
