Executive Pastry Chef Jayce Baudry of NYC's Epicerie Boulud will share his expertise on how to make delicious, show-stopping French pastries to impress your friends and family. Epicerie Boulud is Chef Daniel Boulud's market and café with locations around Manhattan emphasizing fresh housemade breads, pastries, cakes, gourmet gifts, and other classic French dishes.
This hands-on class is designed for home cooks, pastry enthusiasts, and anyone hoping to learn about baking. In this class, you'll learn the key techniques behind many popular French pastries as you prepare, and of course, enjoy the delicious creations.
Recipes created will include Madeleines, Cannelés, Macarons, A French Entremet Cake, and more delicious treats!
