Chef Paul will share his tips on how to use Valrhona Chocolate to create delicious and easy to make holiday treats and dishes. Get ready for the holidays and all those parties and dinners with the help of L’École Valrhona.
We'll start the class with a true holiday staple, rich Hot Cocoa, then prepare many other delicious holiday treats including:
- Gingerbread Cookies with Royal Icing
- Snowball Cookies
- Peppermint Bark
- Candy Cane Meringues
- Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows
- Chocolatey Yule Log
