Intensive Chocolate Bonbons Workshop

Try your hand as a chocolatier for the day! Join us for this intensive course designed especially for expert home cooks or beginner pastry professionals who are looking to learn more about chocolate confections and take their chocolates to the next level.
Throughout the day you’ll learn all of the basics of handling chocolate from ganaches to tempering, coating and more. You’ll prepare several types of chocolate bonbons trying your hand with professional tools such as the candy guitar, tempering machine, molds, and coating machine.
Lunch will be provided, and all chefs will take home boxes of their chocolate creations.
This is a small, hands-on course with Pastry Chef Nicolas Botomisy, and a great opportunity to give your chocolates a professional touch.

Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to the day of class, will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the class. In the unlikely event that Valrhona is forced to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in relation to the class.
