Learn to bake French pastries like Pierre Hermé! This one-of-a-kind pastry class taught by Stephanie Oliveira, Pastry Chef for Pierre Hermé, will share her expertise on how to create the classic Ispahan. petits gâteaux, entremets, and macarons in the famous Pierre Hermé style. Pierre Hermé a French boutique pâtisserie known best for their gourmand macarons and the Ispahan dessert (rose macaron biscuit, rose petal cream, whole raspberries, litchi).
Seats are limited to 12 students.

Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to the day of class, will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the class. In the unlikely event that Valrhona is forced to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in relation to the class.
