Executive Pastry Chef Jayce Baudry of NYC's Epicerie Boulud will share his expertise on how to make delicious, show-stopping French pastries to impress your friends and family. Epicerie Boulud is Chef Daniel Boulud's market and café with locations around Manhattan emphasizing fresh housemade breads, pastries, cakes, gourmet gifts, and other classic French dishes.
This hands-on class is designed for home cooks, pastry enthusiasts, and people hoping to learn about baking. In this class, you'll learn the key techniques behind many popular French pastries as you prepare, and of course, enjoy the delicious creations. Recipes created will include Madeleines, Financier, Cannelé, Macarons and more delicious treats!
Seats are limited to 12 students.

Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to the day of class, will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the class. In the unlikely event that Valrhona is forced to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in relation to the class.
