Delve into the world of chocolate treats with this hands-on class designed for anyone to enjoy. Whether you bake once a week or your only experience with bonbons is eating them, you’ll enjoy learning and trying out tips and tricks to make delicious chocolate treats.

Join Pastry Chef Colleen Grapes as she shares her over 25 years of pastry expertise. Chef Grapes is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, and previously acted as the pastry chef at The Metropolitan Opera House, Oceana, The Harrison, The Red Cat, and the McNalley Group. Colleen also works with organizations like SHARE and Streets International in Vietnam to give back to the community and share her passion.

This hands-on class is designed for home cooks, pastry enthusiasts, and people hoping to learn about baking. In this class, you will create and enjoy chocolate truffles, bonbons, and barks in a range of flavors and designs.

Seats are limited to 12 students.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to the day of class, will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the class. In the unlikely event that Valrhona is forced to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in relation to the class.
