PASSION FRUIT HOT CHOCOLATE
An orginal recipe by Ladurée.
INGREDIENTSCalculated for about 4 servings, depending on size.
560 g organic coconut milk
50 g coconut sugar
25 g cocoa paste
- Bring the coconut milk, coconut sugar and cocoa paste to a boil.
- Add the ITAKUJA 55% Dark Chocolate.
- Once it is totally melted, mix with an immersion blender. Bring to a boil once again. Serve Warm.
