Join this online class with expert baker Greg Mindel to learn how to make and utilize laminated doughs in your kitchen, resulting in beautiful and delicious croissants!

Chef Mindel will show you how to master preparing and adapting recipes to adjust to the resources of your own kitchen. During this online class Chef Greg will demonstrate how to make and laminate croissant dough, how to shape and bake the dough, and how to create a delicious topping – Passion Chocolate Cheesecake Frosting with Kiwi Lime Gel. By taking this class you will gain a better understanding of laminated doughs and how to use them.
